CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.22322 of 2007 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "..... to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of the Writ of Certiorari quashing the order made in F.A.No.1055/2004, dated 30.12.2006 on the file of the A.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad and pass such other order or orders ....." On 16.08.2018, Sri N.J. Sunil Kumar, learned counsel, submitted that Sri N.V. Jagannath, who appeared for the petitioner, is no more. He requested for an adjournment for filing a Memo of appearance and arguing the case.

Sri N.J. Sunil Kumar, learned counsel has neither entered appearance nor been present in the Court for arguing the case. As the petitioner failed to make alternative arrangement by engaging a counsel in place of Mr. N.V. Jagannath, it is reasonable to presume that it is not interested in pursuing its cause in the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, interim order dated 01.04.2008 is vacated and WPMP.No.28952 of 2007 shall stand closed.
