HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.16376 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner complains against inaction in conducting survey of Sy.No.1-1D an extent of Acs.15-30 Cts and Sy.No.1-4 an extent of Acs.4-12 Cts in Uppaladinne Village, Ponnalur Mandal, Prakasam District, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the Tahsildar/ 4th respondent has issued endorsement to petitioner expressing inability to conduct survey in view of disputes of title and identity of property. The petitioner, if so advised, is required to work out the remedies available in law against the endorsement dated 27.05.2017. In the considered view of this Court, the writ petition is not maintainable. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
