Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Limited grievance of the petitioner is, deed of conveyance presented for registration, which was received by the 2nd respondent on 07.03.2019, is not processed for registration. 3.

Petitioner enclosed the receipts furnished by the Registration Department on 07.03.2019 evidencing presentation of document for registration on payment of requisite challan. 4.

Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to receive and process the document presented by the petitioner for registration and pass orders, as warranted by law, and communicate the decision to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
