This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 08.1.2018 in T.O.P. No.634 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Principal District Judge, Kadapa.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
