ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondent to correct the name of the petitioner as 'M.Sai Madulika' in the Birth extract of their daughter 'M.Sai Madulika' instead of 'N.Sai Niharika', who was born on 14.07.1998 and issue fresh birth certificate duly corrected.

This Court, by order dated 15.10.2012 in W.P.M.P.No.41298 of 2012 directed the petitioner to submit an application to the respondent authority duly accompanied with the required affidavit and directed the respondent authority to consider the same.

Heard Sri S.Ganesh, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri P.Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.

Now, both the learned counsel appearing for the parties stated that in pursuant to the orders of this Court in W.P.M.P.No.41298 of 2012 dated 15.10.2012, the name of the petitioner has been corrected in the Birth Certificate. In view of the submission of both the learned counsel, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in view of the compliance of the orders of this Court dated 15.10.2012 in W.P.M.P.No.41298 of 2012. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand disposed of.
