HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No. 2944 OF 2017 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal' hereafter) passed interim order, dated 28.10.2014, which reads as under:

"Pending disposal of the Original Application, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the applicant for notional promotion in the cadre of Assistant B.C. Welfare Officer, on par with his immediate junior by conducting review Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC), as per rules and also keeping in view the order of the Tribunal in OA No.5304 of 2005, dated 17.4.2006. " 2.

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order passed by the Tribunal on 28.10.2014, the case of the petitioner was considered and stated no further orders are required in this writ petition(TR), however submits that if the petitioner is still aggrieved, the petitioner may be permitted to challenge the same. Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents has fairly acceded the same.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition (TR) is closed, leaving it open to the

petitioner to pursue his remedies, in accordance with law, if the petitioner is otherwise aggrieved.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to cost.
