This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of suspension of petitioner's Fair Price Shop dealership.

It is represented that by virtue of interim order dated 22.11.2012 passed by this Court, petitioner's Fair Price Shop dealership is continued and petitioner filed W.P.No.9221 of 2018 challenging the subsequent suspension.
