Heard Sri A.Jagannadha Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents.
2. This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the proceedings of the 3rd respondent passed in Letter No.4100/2013/G, dated 21-12-2013, as illegal and arbitrary.
3. Having regard to the nature of the charges
levelled against the petitioner and also the fact that the suspension order does not specify the period of suspension, the suspension order dated 21-12-2013 whereunder the authorisation of the petitioner is suspended is hereby revoked. The respondents are directed to allot the essential commodities to the petitioner's fair price shop. However, the respondents can proceed with the enquiry and pass final orders. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of at the stage of admission. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
