THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23967 OF 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue appropriate writ more particularly one in the nature of mandamus declaring the impugned action of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in not considering the representations dt.11-7-2017 of the petitioner and not accepting fee for the 3rd year CSE and permitting the petitioner to attend the classes for 3rd year Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)(Section-D) in the 3rd respondent college as highly unconstitutional and consequentially direct the respondents 2 and 3 to accept the 3rd year admission fee from the petitioner pertaining to the 3rd year admission in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)(SectionD) forthwith and permit the petitioner to attend classes in the 3rd respondent college without any hindrance."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Ramachander Goud, learned standing counsel for respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the 4th respondent, before ordering notice to 3rd respondent and perused the prayer in the writ petition with supporting affidavit.

The only grievance of the petitioner is the representation dated 11.07.2017 sent by Registered Post, claimed received by the 2nd respondent, kept pending and also said representation given to the 3rd respondent - College. 4.
Having regard to the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the said representation on own merits within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate to the petitioner the result of the same. Further remedies are left open.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
