This petition is filed, by the petitioner, who is A1, seeking for quash of the proceedings against him in Crime No.14 of 2013 on the file of Jaddangi Police Station, East Godavari District. 2.

The Public Prosecutor files a Memo stating that the impugned crime was transferred to Rajavommnagi Police Station and the same was renumbered as crime No.32 of 2013 on the file of Rajavommangi Police Station and that the matter ended in acquittal, vide judgment dated 27.05.2015, passed in C.C.No.198 of 2014 by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Addateegala, against A1 and A2.

Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
