Sri K. Rama Subba Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in view of the non-compliance of the interim direction of this Court, in W.P.No.27602 of 2007, on 08.10.2007, the petitioner preferred Contempt Case No.509 of 2009 and, thereafter, the interim direction of this Court has been complied with and closed the Contempt Case. Hence, no further orders need be passed in this Writ Petition.

Considering the said representation of learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as it has become infructuous. In consequence, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. _____________________________ G.
