THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.28377 of 2010 ORDER :
This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus, declaring the action of the 1st respondent in not reserving 50% of the Shramik posts to the candidates who have completed the apprenticeship in the APSRTC in the Notification dated 01.11.2010 by relaxing the necessary upper age limit by exercising the powers under the rules, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, sought a direction to the respondents to fill up 50% of the Shramik posts with the candidates who have completed the apprenticeship in the APSRTC by relaxing the necessary upper age limit.

This Court, by order dated 19.11.2010 in WPMP.No.36207 of 2010, granted interim orders as follows: "There shall be interim direction to the respondents to receive and process the applications of the petitioners and extend the petitioners of relaxation of age limit, to an extent of four years for the post of Shramik, in case they have undergone apprentice training with the APSRTC." 3.
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the writ petition be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid interim orders and no further orders are necessary.

The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents - Corporation submits that he has no objection for the same. 5.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid interim order dated 19.11.2010. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
