THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.43784 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.3 in not allowing the petitioner to run fair price shop No.14030 of Yerraboinapally Village-II, Kalluru Mandal, Khammam District, without there being any order of suspension or cancellation of authorisation, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though his fair price shop authorisation in respect of the subject fair price shop is valid and subsisting, without being suspended, the respondents are not supplying stocks.

In view of the same, respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to supply stocks to the petitioner as long as his authorisation in respect of the subject fair price shop is valid and subsisting. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
