1) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing Ms. Aruna, representing Sri N.Vijay, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that the main suit itself is disposed of and nothing survives for adjudication.

2) Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 3) As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
