This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 12.05.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.1005 of 2017 in Crime No.92 of 2016 of II Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam, on the file of the Court of II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to file fresh application in accordance with law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application in accordance with law.
