Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material papers available on record.

The material available before this court discloses that for redressel of the grievance of the petitioner herein, the petitioner submitted a representation on 25-01-2018 to the 2nd respondent, but no action has been so far taken on the said representation. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the material available on record, this court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the 2nd respondent herein to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 25-01-2018 submitted by the petitioner herein within a period of one(1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
