Sri. E. Seshagiri Rao, v. The Commissioner Of Endowments,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.10850 OF 2006 ORDER:
The petitioner assails orders of transfer in Rc.No.C1/889/200652 dated 25.04.2006 of the 2nd respondent. This Court, on 30.05.2006, granted interim suspension of transfer orders on the ground that the competent authority under Section 39 of the A.P Charitable and Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1987 is the Deputy Commissioner. Since the order of transfer is suspended by this Court and subsists as on date, I am satisfied that the writ petition can be disposed of by this order. The interim order shall be in force till the competent authority transfers petitioner on administrative or justifiable reasons. Therefore, it is open to competent authority to take a decision in this behalf.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand closed.
