This appeal is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 assailing the award and decree dated 09.07.2015 passed in M.V.O.P.No.501 of 2013 on the file of the Court of Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal - cum - XXVII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal.
