This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 in not considering the representation of the petitioner for mutation of his name in the Revenue Records in respect of land in Sy.No.62/A in an extent of Ac.2.35 guntas, in Sy.No.62/A in an extent of Ac.1.20 guntas, in Sy.No.62/P in an extent of Ac.1.20 guntas, in Sy.No.60 in an extent of Ac.1.20 guntas, in Sy.No.61 in an extent of Ac.2.38 guntas, in Sy.No.62 in an extent of Ac.0.10 guntas and in Sy.No.62AA in an extent of Ac.0.20 guntas, situated at Palmakul Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Rangareddy District.

When this matter is taken up for consideration, it is noticed that the petitioner merely submitted a representation but has not complied with the provisions of Telangana Rights in Pattadar Passbooks and Title Deeds Act,2017 and in view of the same, liberty is given to the petitioner to submit an appropriate application in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and as and when such an application is filed, the 4th respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the said application, after giving due notice to all the parties.

The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
