This Criminal Petitior.r is filed seeking quashment of proceedings in FIR No.28O ol 2O2O on the file of Police Station Alwal, registered against the accused for the offences under I Section 363 of the Indian Pcnal Code.

Cyderabad Commissionerate, wherein it is stated that t he police concerned have completed the investigation and charge sheet was filed and numbered as S.C.No.186 of '.1022 04 .
