OFFI CE NOTE 24.03.2025 JSR,J I.A.No.1 of 2025 This application is filed seeking correction of the order dated 20.03.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.3703 of 2025 with regard to the name of the Court to which the sureties are to be furnished.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the said order, the name of the Court is wrongly mentioned as 'Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad instead of 'I Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad'.

Unless the same is corrected, the petitioner will be put to great irreparable loss and hardship.

Taking into consideration above said submissions, this application is ordered.

Accordingly, paragraph No.7(1) of the order dated 20.03.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.3703 of 2025 shall be replaced with the following:

"The petitioner/A2 is enlarged on bail on executing a personal bond for a
