HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRL.P.No.9205 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking a direction to the XV-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, to conduct trial and dispose of C.C.No.235 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible. The only grievance of the petitioners is that the learned XV-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, has not disposed of the aforesaid Calendar Case and kept the same pending till today though there is urgency in the matter.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the learned XV-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.235 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
