Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the second respondent.

The present criminal revision case is filed questioning the orders dated 09.02.2018 passed in Crl.M.P.No.234 of 2018 in C.C.No. 234 of 2017, on the file of the Court of the XIX Special Magistrate, Hyderabad.
