THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.17625 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners complain against the in-action of the 2nd respondent in looking into the complaint/representation of the petitioners, dated 01-05-2017 and passing appropriate orders as illegal in the instant writ petition. 2.

I have perused the complaint, dated 01-05-2017. This Court is of the view that the allegations if are true, requires further action by respondents nos. 2 to 4 against the persons serious allegations are made. Since the writ prayer is against inaction, to meet the ends of justice, opportunity can be given to the petitioners to approach appropriate Forum for vindication of their grievance. 3.

The petitioners are given liberty to re-submit the copy of the complaint/representation, dated 01-05-2017 along with a copy of this order to respondents 2 and 3 within two weeks from today. On such submission of complaint, respondents 2 and 3 are directed to enquire into, if need be afford an opportunity to 6th respondent as well and conclude the complaint within three months thereafter. The outcome of such exercise is communicated to petitioners.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
