Learned Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the case has been compromised in Lok Adalath on 18.09.2020. In proof of the same, he has filed written instructions of Sub-Inspector of Police, Saroornagar Women Police Station and the same are placed on record. In view of the said instructions, this Criminal Petition is closed.
