This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/1st defendant, assailing the order, dated 15.09.2014, of the learned XII Additional District Judge, Krishna District, at Vijayawada, passed in I.A.No.431 of 2014 in O.S.No.5 of 2006.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/1st defendant is present. 3.

The Registry of the Court brings to the notice of the Court that the learned Judge of the trial Court telephonically informed the Registry that the suit itself was dismissed as 'settled out of Court' on 23.02.2015. 4.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
