THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY Writ Petition No.2860 of 2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Both Sri T.B.B.Krishna Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri S.Suri Babu, learned Special Standing Counsel for Commercial Taxes, would agree that the subject matter of this writ petition is covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.41720 of 2015 dated 28.12.2015.

Following the said judgment, and in terms thereof, the impugned order is set aside. As Revision is preferred within 30 days from the date of receipt by the petitioner of a copy of the order of the Appellate Deputy Commissioner, the Revisional Authority shall entertain the revision and pass an order afresh in accordance with law, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
