This Court directed consideration of the representations of the petitioners submitted on various dates and further directed to afford reasonable opportunity to the 6th respondent on the complaint of petitioners and to pass appropriate orders thereon. 2.

Learned counsel for respondents produced letter bearing Roc.No.G1/2334/2015, dated 09.09.2015, addressed to the 1st petitioner in the writ petition informing the decision taken by the competent authority on the complaint given against the 6th respondent. Counter affidavit is also filed explaining the steps taken in accordance with the directions of this Court. 3.

In view of the same, Contempt Case is closed. It is needless to observe that it is open to the petitioners to work out their remedies if they are aggrieved by orders. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand dismissed. No costs.
