HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.557 of 2018 ORDER:

In view of the stay of the order, of this Court in C.R.P.No.7032 of 2017 dated 25.01.2018, by the Apex Court, pursuant to the order the question of providing police aid by the respondent Police does not arise for the time being. Hence, this Contempt Case is closed and liberty is left open to the petitioner, if the respondent is not choosing to provide in future in the event if the interim stay of the Apex Court ceases its force.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
