The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the impugned order dated 06.11.2013, of the second respondent in Rc.No.45/ PRESSING CLIPPINGS/ 2011/ 4, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

Today, at the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that the suspension of the petitioner has been revoked and the petitioner has been reinstated into service. Hence, no orders are necessary in the writ petition. The said fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondents.

In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
