Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and Sri T.Venkata Reddy, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

2. Counsel on both sides represented that this Writ Petition is covered by orders passed by this Court on 21-092015 in W.P.No.30252 of 2015. 3.

Therefore for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also disposed of permitting the petitioner to pay the entire liability due and payable to respondent Nos.1 to 3 in twelve equal monthly instalments commencing from the month of April, 2016. The monthly instalments shall be paid on or before 10th of every successive month till liquidation, the first of which commences before 10-04-2016.

In default of payment of any insalments, the respondents shall be at liberty to enforce the impugned order in accordance with law.

4. To enable petitioner to make the above payment, the impugned order is kept in abeyance, but would revive in the event of default of payment of any of the instalments. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
