This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed aggrieved by the docket proceedings, dated 30.05.2018, passed in C.C.No.81 of 2018 by the VIII Special Magistrate, Erramanzil, Hyderabad. 2.

Sri N.Krishna Sumanth, Advocate representing Sri B.Vijaysen Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the trial Court.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
