Subhash Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed questioning the steps taken by the respondent - Bank under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 to sell the property bearing H.No.5-87-21, 2nd lane, Lakshmipuram Road, Guntur.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted that the original borrower has already settled the account and as such, the subject matter of this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
