HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.960 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner - petitioner challenging the order dated 09.12.2015 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court - cum - III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Warangal, in I.A. No.76 of 2015 in F.C.O.P. No.331 of 2014, whereby the petition filed under Section 12 of Hindu Marriage Act seeking to secure the services of Medical Expert preferably a woman Gynecologist from the Government Maternity Hospital, Hanamkonda to determine whether the respondent Smt. G. Radhika is suffering from impotency or not, was allowed directing the petitioner as well to undergo potency test.

2. As per the material placed before this Court, during pendency of the present revision, F.C.O.P. bearing No.331 of 2014 itself was dismissed with costs on 13.11.2016, on contest. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed.
