O R D E R:- This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings dated 13.01.2016 issued by the respondent-Bank restricting the operation of the Bank Account of the petitioner's society vide Account bearing No. 52021558363 maintained in the State Bank of Hyderabad, Kachiguda Branch, as illegal and arbitrary.." Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties and perused the material placed on record, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition by directing the 1st respondent - State Bank of Hyderabad to allow the elected executive body of the Petitioner-Society to operate its bank Account as per the Rules and Bye-laws which are approved by the Registrar of Societies.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
