HCJ & AAR, J F.C.A. No.99 of 2018 Dt: 14.11.2019 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) This appeal is filed against the order and decree dated 11.09.2017, in O.P.No.647 of 2014, on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad.

By order dated 25.06.2019, this Court had made it amply clear that in case the learned counsel for the appellant is not present on the next date of hearing, this appeal shall be dismissed for non-prosecution. Even today, the learned counsel for the appellant is not present before this Court. Therefore, the present appeal is, hereby, dismissed for non-prosecution.
