THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.1861 OF 2012 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order in C.M.A.No.30 of 2011 dated 15.03.2012, which was filed aggrieved by the order in I.A.No.414 of 2011 in O.S.No.121 of 2011.

However, it is informed by the office of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ongole that O.S.No.121 of 2011 was disposed 17.09.2012. Hence, in view of the disposal of the suit, the present civil revision petition has become infructuous. In the result, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
