ORAL ORDER:

Petitioner was placed under suspension by order dated 28.10.2013 levelling allegations against the petitioner. It appears petitioner filed her explanation on 18.10.2014.

Alleging action in continuing the petitioner under suspension, this writ petition is filed.

It is not known why disciplinary proceedings are not concluded so far. Counsel for petitioner is also unable to state the reasons why disciplinary proceedings are not concluded, except alleging that respondents are responsible for delay in concluding the proceedings. Having regard to these facts, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of directing the Project Officer, I.C.D.S/3rd respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. For any reason, if there is further delay in concluding the disciplinary proceedings, not attributable to the petitioner, petitioner's suspension may be revoked and he shall be assigned duties.
