Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly placed persons like petitioners herein approached Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal by filing O.A.No.4800 of 2015 regarding disparity in pay fixation and also seniority. The said O.A. was allowed directing respondents to consider and accord notional seniority to the applicants therein on par with candidates recruited through DSC-2012 and also entitled for notional fixation of pay and for payment of monetary benefits from the date of joining service. For non-implementation of said order, some of the persons have filed Writ Petition No.26518 of 2017 and this Court disposed of the same on 30.08.2017 basing on the proceedings Rc.No.B1/3158/2016, dated 29.08.
2017, and granted six weeks time for fixation of notional seniority of the petitioners therein on par with candidates recruited through DSC-2012 with all consequential benefits like arrears of salary and fixation of pay in Revised Pay Scale, 2015 by taking date of joining prior to 01.07.2013 and extend all monetary benefits. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services.

Following the said order, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing respondents to consider and accord notional seniority to petitioners herein on par with the candidates recruited through DSC-2012 with all consequential benefits like arrears of salary and fixation of pay in Revised Pay Scale, 2015 by taking date of joining prior to 01.07.2013 and extend all monetary benefits.
