ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the orders passed by this Court in WP No.19980 of 2015, dated 02.07.2015.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, the representation made by the petitioner was disposed of and his claim was rejected.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order in a separate writ or other proceeding. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
