Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Industries, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner's application for grant of mining lease, which was submitted to 2nd respondent through the 3rd respondent, is pending since 16-02-2010 and that the respondents have not considered the same till date. He seeks a direction for consideration of the said application as per G.O.Ms.No.4 dt.19-01-2015 and G.O.Ms.No.15 dt.16-03-2016. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Industries states that the respondent Nos.2 and 3 will consider the said application dt.16-02-2010 of the petitioner in the light of the above G.Os and communicate their decision thereon to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider petitioner's representation and communicate their decision to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
