HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 26730 of 2011 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the record relating to and connected with proceedings dated 02.09.2011 issued by the 5th respondent reverting the petitioner to the rank of SI/Exe. A consequential direction is also to the respondents to continue the petitioner in the post of Inspector by declaring probation as per Rules.

While admitting the writ petition, this Court directed the respondents to continue the petitioner as Inspector vide orders dated 23.09.2011 in WPMP No.33000 of 2011.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court that the probation of the petitioner was declared and his services were also regularized. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
