Learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that I.A.No.356 of 2015 in O.P.No.97 of 2014 on the file of Judge, Family Court, Nizamabad, was disposed of by granting interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.3,000/- per month from the date of petition and thus, the instant revision petition becomes infructuous. Since the very relief sought for in this revision petition is to direct the Court below to dispose of I.A.No.356 of 2015, the revision petition becomes infructuous and therefore, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
