ORDER:

The petitioners intend to construct compound wall surrounding the subject premises and made a representation on 20.07.2015 addressed to the Commissioner & Special Officer, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad (1st respondent) marking copies to the Deputy Commissioner and the Assistant City Planner (2nd and 3rd respondents respectively) seeking their permission to construct a compound wall.

2. According to the learned Standing Counsel, as per the procedure followed by the respondent Municipal Corporation, any person intend to seek permission for construction of a building has to apply the prescribed form through any of the E-Seva centers and only such applications, which are filed online are processed and it appears that the petitioner has not filed such application so far.

3. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner would be advised to submit such application.

4. Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to submit application online through E-Seva Center and as and when such an application is submitted, the same shall be considered by the Deputy Commissioner, Circle-XII, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Serilingampally, Ranga Reddy District (2nd respondent), as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the receipt of such application.
