HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Civil Revision Petition No.4054 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Mr. Butta Vijaya Bhaskar for revision petitioner. Perused the order impugned in the revision petition and also order in CRP No.581 of 2017.

2. The order impugned in the revision, no doubt suffers from too much of brevity, and in normal circumstances, this court would have been compelled to make necessary remarks on the mode and manner of disposing of the interlocutory applications by the trial Judge. With fair assistance given by counsel for petitioner, the objective underlying the reasoning of the trial Judge could be culled out by reading papers while disposing of the civil revision petition.

3. Be that as it may, this court fails to understand why sufficient steps, as directed in CRP No.581 of 2017, are not taken by the trial Judge. It is made clear the time stipulated by this court in the order dated 24.03.2017, at any rate, is adhered to while disposing of the suit, without fail.

4. I do not see any ground to interfere with the order impugned in the revision petition and the civil revision petition fails and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this revision petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.

____________ S.V.BHATT, J Date: 22.08.2017 Note: Communicate the order to the Senior Civil Judge, Adoni through Principal District Judge, Kurnool.
