THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.S.K. JAI SWAL WRI T PETI TI ON No.34432 of 2011 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the G.O.Ms.No.582, Labour, Employment, Training and Factories Department, dated 14.10.2008, issued by the 4th respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the counsel agreed that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by a common order, dated 06.10.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.6363 of 2009 and batch, which were disposed of on identical issue. This Court dismissed the said batch of writ petitions, giving liberty to the petitioners therein to file applications for exemption and it is for the competent authority to deal with the same.

Having carefully perused the said common order and the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of the present writ petition, I am satisfied that the petitioner raised the issue, which is identical to the issue raised in the batch of writ petitions, stated supra, and that the said common order squarely covers the issue raised in the present writ petition.

In view of the above, this writ petition is also dismissed in terms of the said common order with the direction that the same shall be read as part of this order. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
