When the writ petition is came up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the relief sought in the writ petition is granted by the respondents by issuing occupancy certificate, as such, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
