THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.8258 of 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.5672 of 2019 and batch dated 10.04.2019 and contends that the present writ petition be allowed in terms of the said order. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents does not dispute the said submission.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the common order dated 10.04.2019 in W.P.Nos.5672 of 2019 and batch, this writ petition is also allowed in terms thereof. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
