This petition is filed under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking transfer of C.C.No.21 of 2007 on the file of Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases-cum-II Additional District & Sessions Judge, Nellore and transfer the same to any other Court having jurisdiction in Kurnool Division.

Heard.

Having perused the material on record, there are no grounds to transfer the case.

Accordingly, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
