THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN and THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY TREVC No.160 of 2004 ORDER: (per RR, J) The order of the Division Bench dated 06.10.2015 was to the effect that, in case batta was not paid within eight weeks, the TREVC would stand dismissed against the respondent(s) without any recourse to this Court.

Admittedly, batta has not been paid within the stipulated time. Consequently, the TREVC stands automatically dismissed against the respondent(s).

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
